ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing CARBN.ZONE you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

CARBN.ZONE is operated by Danil Koltsov as an independent developer project.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CARBN.ZONE is a cycling performance analytics tool that connects to your Strava account to display and analyze your training data. The service is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.

STRAVA INTEGRATION

CARBN.ZONE uses the Strava API. By connecting your Strava account:

  • —You authorize CARBN.ZONE to read your activity data via Strava's OAuth
  • —You remain bound by Strava's Terms of Service
  • —You can revoke access at any time via Strava Settings → My Apps
  • —CARBN.ZONE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

  • —Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
  • —Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service
  • —Share your account credentials with others
  • —Use the service in violation of Strava's API Agreement
  • —Attempt to circumvent rate limits or API restrictions

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CARBN.ZONE name, design, and code are owned by Danil Koltsov. Your Strava data remains your property and Strava's per their terms.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

CARBN.ZONE is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of calculated metrics (TSS, FTP estimates, power zones). These are estimates for training guidance only.

Always consult a qualified coach for professional training advice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danil Koltsov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of CARBN.ZONE.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page for updates.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
